Italian Chicken Puree

Sightly tangy pureed chicken with lots of Italian flavor.

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. You could also blend them by hand using a fork. 

  2. Once the mixture is well incorporated and soft, microwave it for 30 seconds.

Recipe Notes

Use left over cooked chicken breasts or tenders for this recipe. Canned chicken could also be used for a quick and easy puree.
